It is human nature to exclude the dissident, but the same applies to the same kind

When I finally saw this masterpiece, I was shocked, heartbroken, and amazed. The traces of irony are obvious, and I always feel that many shocking events are real, and the way of shooting pseudo-documentaries makes people feel extremely real. He does not deliberately use the camera to magnify the pain and cruelty, or he deliberately does not use this method to tell stories. As long as you look carefully, those emotions and truths are there, and this is what you see for yourself, not for others to magnify. Yours is more real and more powerful! Hand-held, defocused shots, news headers, etc., all become part of the narrative and make the content in the picture look more realistic.

When I watched it, I kept thinking: Since humans accepted aliens in the first place, why are they still expelling them in such a barbaric manner under the brand of humanitarianism? People always seem to find various excuses for their own selfish desires and whitewash their ugly desires.

When I saw MNU ruthlessly turning its former employees into experiments, my heart was bleak. In the face of huge interests, any morality and ethics no longer exist, not to mention those laws and regulations that exist for certain purposes. A very familiar sight.

When I watched the first half of the episode, my heart was always flustered and unsettled, and there was always a feeling that something was going to happen. Although people introduced the protagonist in a past tense from the very beginning, I knew from that time that he would not end well in the end, but still. The way of narration in the play is very ingenious and very appropriate. It is interspersed at the beginning and end of the film in the form of a special interview, revealing information to the audience little by little, and bringing people into the event (not the story). Echoing at the end, and thinking about all kinds of changes again and again, I am immediately filled with emotion.

The play structure is very different from Hollywood, but that's exactly what I appreciate! Don't play tricks! The second half of the film is like a roller coaster. You think it's over, but you fight back. You think there is still hope, but the result is extremely cruel. The director lifts the hearts of the audience up and down, but he holds them firmly. Prison, I have to admire.

The role of Wikus is very successful and can be replaced by people. He is not a superhero, he is just a small person, a weak and timid ordinary person, just because of the characteristics of his work, a great change in his life has occurred under accidental circumstances. It was extremely resistant. I tried hard to get back on the right track, but I couldn't help but get more and more off track. But I finally became my own hero once and chose the justice I believed in.

The ending was a little unexpected. I always thought that the public opinion would call him a traitor to humanity, an accomplice of aliens, etc., but it ended in disappearance. Of course, the location of the film is brilliant, a prawn wrapped in gauze on his hand, holding the flower Wikus' wife received in his hand, we know that he is our protagonist, although his ending has been revealed, but with our own eyes I'm still very emotional to see it, and finally I can't go back...

Great IP, very, very looking forward to the sequel, hope to see more stories of Wikus and the prawn father and son.

The most severely schizophrenic film in history, from form to content, from story to character, photography, editing, setting, modeling, etc., almost every aspect is a mess of self-contradictory logic.

Another classic. Shooting tips that are about to be all the rage. The idea of anti-racism can not be used for aliens. The plot is more realistic. Saying this is a story, it is better to say that this is a dream, a messy dream, a sad dream.
