I was studying for the best picture at the Oscars, but I watched two Clint Eastwood movies in a row. I was surprised to check it out. This year is 80 years old! Self-directed and self-acted, old and Mijian are not enough to describe him. Seeing that there are even movies released next year in his introduction, I am amazed at whether a person's acting life has an end. He can still shoot such wonderful movies and show superb acting skills. Time is limited, but he seems to have lived a lifetime longer than others.

The film was shot in 37 days, but it is difficult to find anything to blame. In addition to being well prepared in advance, a wonderful adaptation of the novel is a must. I admire the heroine's willpower, whether it's the characters or actors in the play, whether it's stamina or pain tolerance, I, who lack patience, worship me.

A rather tragic ending, but I didn't feel like crying at all. It's not that I didn't see it, but the movie was not made to make the audience cry. When the fate of the heroine's life was decided, her face never showed a trace of remorse and emotion, but was so peaceful and happy that she had fought, so I felt relieved after reading it. The sympathy without crying is actually very good. It won't make me lose my mind and forget the deepening father-daughter relationship between them, so in the end, what lingers in my heart is not sadness, but a deep sense of true affection.

Also, Morgan Freeman's acting is really invincible. His deep vicissitudes and calm expression on his face contain too many things, and he can understand how he wants. Together, these two old guys are enough for men and women, young and old.

Oscar for best picture and best director, although this movie didn't surprise me, it's almost there.

  • Frankie Dunn: [about Danger] He paid his dues?

Eddie Scrap-Iron Dupris: Dues? The boy can't afford pants, you want him to pay dues?

Frankie Dunn: Get out of my office!
