How to Train Your Dragon is a well-reputed movie, derived from the European and American love for pets, and dragons may be one of the coolest pets on the planet. The character of the dragon in this film was entirely born to cats, and I also have cats. Therefore, whether it is the cute cat grass plot or the big toothless eyes, it is the lazy cat by the window of my house with wings and bigger size. So I love this movie too.

The rare thing about this pet movie is that it tells us how terrible it is to be ignorant. The people in the movie have misunderstood dragons since ancient times and never thought about any possibility. Although it is a cartoon, I think this movie So close to reality so cruel. And what a terrible impact people do for the sake of enthusiasm. After all, in reality, it is absolutely impossible for a few people to turn things around like the end of the film.

Although it tells such a profound story, what is even more rare in the film is that the whole film is not boring at all. I have to admire the director's ability to tell the story.

The 3D effect of the film is good. I didn't go to IMAX. Haha, but I don't know why the attendance rate in the cinema is very low. Maybe it was because it was a weekend morning, so I chose a good location. Haha, this may be one of the reasons.

Looking at the 3D virgin, hardware problems, and the night scene is too dark~ This is the animated version of "Magic Dragon Slaying". The weak protagonist burst out of feelings and grew up in the process of contact with the magic dragon. It’s just that the dragon is too simple. Friends who like this movie suggest to find out "Magic Dragon Slaying" again, it is definitely a model work.

How to Train Your Dragon quotes

  • Hiccup: [Stoick has just thrust a large battle axe into his hands] I... don't wanna fight dragons.

Stoick: [chuckles] Oh, come on, yes you do.

Hiccup: Rephrase: Dad, I *can't* kill dragons.

Stoick: But you *will* kill dragons!

Hiccup: No, I'm really, very extra sure that I *won't*.

    Stoick: It's time, Hiccup...

Hiccup: Can you not *hear* me?

Stoick: This is *serious*, son. When you carry this axe, you carry all of us with you. Which means, you walk like us, you talk like us, and you think like us. No more of... this!

    [gestures to all of Hiccup]

Hiccup: [miffed] You just gestured to *all* of me.

    Stoick: Deal?

Hiccup: This conversation is feeling very one-sided...

    Stoick: *Deal*?

    Hiccup: [sighs, giving in] Deal.

  • Gobber: [to Hiccup during dragon training] Don't worry. You're small and you're weak. That'll make you less of a target! They'll see you as sick or insane and go after the more viking-like teens instead.
