"I Am Legend" is an apocalyptic sci-fi film released in 2007, directed by Francis Lawrence and based on Lee It is also the third film adaptation of the book by Charles Mason's novel of the same life. The plot of this film is similar to the second film adaptation of the novel, The Last Man. It mainly tells that in 2012, mankind was finally overwhelmed by the virus. "I Am Legend" created an empty New York City, a waste city in the future, only Will Smith and a hound depend on each other. The relationship between Will Smith and his dog in the film moved me. Even if he and Sam both needed meat, he couldn't bear to grab food from the lion's mouth, because it was a family of three, and he couldn't deal with such a "family", so he could only persuade Sam to eat more vegetables. He's still having a lot of fun living on his own, as if life goes on. Will Smith's acting skills once again impressed me. After more than ten years of commercial blockbuster, Will Smith's excellent acting skills have been achieved. Will Smith almost alone supported the performance part of "I Am Legend", and he perfectly interpreted the performance. The fear of being born and dying, the grief of losing Sam, and the determination to die in the fire, Will Smith uses his superb acting skills to give this character incredible fortitude.
