Compared with the first one, the second part has less fighting scenes, and the plot is also slightly delayed. It focuses more on the cause and effect of the plot and the emotional development between the heroine and Bill.
The introduction of Chinese elements in the film, especially the Cantonese of Bai Mei, made my image very deep haha, Quentin can be said to be very down-to-earth.
Most of the film is about dialogues between characters, depicting the personalities of the characters, and explaining the causal development of the plot. Personally, I think it is one of Quentin's more literary and artistic films. Compared with the first film, the style is very different.
The overall score is 7.4 points. If you don't watch the ending, the second part can be said to be a prequel series to Kill Bill. The heroine is an emotional killer who chooses to retire in the world for her daughter. And Bill is a cold-blooded killer, but he also retains the most sincere love for the heroine. This movie can be said to be a perfect portrayal of the characters, feelings and images of the two protagonists.
