I don't write much movie reviews when I watch movies, but after watching "Kill Bill", I have some deep feelings. In addition, I browsed some reviews and found that many of them were bad reviews, so I couldn't help but want to say a few words~
First of all, there is no need to mention the soundtrack of this movie. The lyrics in many songs can almost be used as inner monologues and story introductions. The Battle Without Honour or Humanity when Yulian appeared is a classic song. It has been used in many movies. Finally, about her (may not be the last, I forgot a bit), I am very sad to hear:
My man got a heart like a stone thrown into the sea (the ripples of a stone thrown into the sea are very weak, which makes me wonder if it means that men don't value this heart very much) no one told me about her the way she lied no one told me about her how many people cried but it was too late for you to say sorry how do i know why i care And goodbye, maybe it can be regarded as Bill's inner monologue, he refused to forgive her and chose to kill her)
I have a doubt about this. At the beginning of the film, Bill shot by the heroine's side. At a very close distance, Bill couldn't miss, but the heroine didn't die. Either it's a plot arrangement (the heroine is dead, there's nothing to shoot), or Bill's mercy (but seeing the heroine lying there for four years, you know it's unlikely). So why most of the fighting scenes can be explained by plot arrangements (after all, this is Quentin's tribute to Zhang Che and others), using guns to save trouble, but there is no sense of ceremony.
Secondly, the point worth complaining is about the female protagonist’s Chinese apprenticeship and art. Bai Mei dug out an eyeball of the one-eyed girl because she said that he was immortal (I think Bai Mei is too cruel, normal people will not just because others scold him) Gouging people's eyes), and then let the one-eyed girl stay with him, and she was poisoned to death by her. When sending the heroine to apprentice, Bill also said that the white eyebrows discriminate against women, that they will be beaten if they say the wrong thing, etc. In short, they are some bad qualities, which makes me think that this character has a bad image.
The whole film is very violent and bloody (don't watch it if you can't accept it), and the amount of blood sprayed is indeed a bit exaggerated. But the fight scenes are still very exciting (of course, pay attention to see the flaws), and I was a little excited when I watched it. Personally, I may prefer this type of film, because I worship power. I think everyone has a subconscious admiration and desire for power. Humans have been worshipping power for a long time. The truth is, this movie appeals to me.
But after watching the movie, I couldn't help but think of the phrase "anger leads to greater anger". Because the heroine was out of his control, he left him with a child, and married another man, "breaking his heart as a murderer", so he abused the heroine. And the heroine killed Bill's accomplices for revenge. In this play, a lot of people died. It is said that in the third part, the family members of those killed by the heroine came to seek revenge for the heroine. It seems that this grievance will not end...
Although the heroine's daughter didn't die in the end, the heroine didn't let Bill go for the so-called family consummation, whether it should be killed or killed, which I appreciate. The hurt Bill caused the heroine is unforgivable, not to mention the unhealable pain that the heroine lay in a vegetative state for four years in the hospital, and was sold to sex-starved people like a prostitute by the black-hearted staff. . Loving your daughter, but not choosing to forgive, is worthy and not despising yourself. She finally killed Bill anyway. Vengeance, however hard, is easier than forgiveness.
In an objective evaluation, I think this film is still worth watching, or some people may think it is a bad film, everything it shows does not meet psychological expectations, or some intolerable problems are found, such as logical loopholes. Personally, we like to watch a novel, movie, TV series, and it must be which part of it has aroused emotional resonance, or the exquisite and wonderful production has won our appreciation and left a deep impression on us. We have experienced some secret things that are unique to us, and felt the throbbing of our hearts.
Destroy it, and reputation is probably so.
