Too many "emergency" scenes, not enough "dead silence" experience

I gave it 3.5 stars after watching it yesterday, and felt that the plot was not powerful enough; but then I felt that the original intention of this movie might be to bring you the experience of outer space, rather than to give you "philosophy" or "dog blood" through the plot, as long as The plot can string together the experiences that need to be expressed, without any flaws or bad habits, that's enough. The key to watching this movie is to try to imagine yourself in the movie scene and feel it. 4 stars now.

Speaking of experience, I think the lack of "Gravity" is that there are too many "urgent" scenes, and the one side of outer space is beautiful, and the other side is the deadly "loneliness" feeling is not enough, I think this kind of experience is the More valuable, unfortunately, the movie only has a short section in the first few minutes of the heroine being thrown into space by an accident, and then there are one crisis after another, and there is no longer the feeling of dead silence!

Gravity quotes

  • Ryan Stone: I know, we're all gonna die. Everybody knows that. But I'm going to die today. Funny that... you know, to know. But the thing is, is that I'm still scared. Really scared. Nobody will mourn for me, no one will pray for my soul. Will you mourn for me? Will you say a prayer for me? Or is it too late... ah, I mean I'd say one for myself but I've never prayed in my life. Nobody ever taught me how... nobody ever taught me how...

  • Ryan Stone: Five. Four. Three. No more just driving. Let's go home.
