Will you still remember that potato on Mars years from now?

Yes, when a friend discussed this film with me, he said, this is better than Interstellar.
I said, I don't even remember what Interstellar said. But, at least years from now, I should still remember potatoes on Mars.
This film, when it comes to the plot, is really not particularly good, even a bit old-fashioned. Whether it was Mark who was left alone on Mars and survived the disaster; or the team finally disobeyed the order and decided to go back to pick up Mark; or even in the end, there was always a little bit of a situation, HE after all kinds of small shocks.
I just have to admit, this film has a really good entry point. Do you think it's cool to grow potatoes on Mars? Do you also feel a little excited when you see Mark working so hard to carry the Martian soil, looking for nutrients, and then small green seedlings emerge?
Therefore, whether it is crossing or being left behind on the Lonely Island, the first element of survival is that if you are an all-rounder, how can you live otherwise.
Of course, there is also the ubiquitous and powerful space agency of the Great Celestial Dynasty, haha. Especially when I just watched Chen Shu, a female astronautics expert, and went to see the pounding stars in the next two days, and I was surprised to find that Chen Shu has become a gold medal broker, Sister Mei. The contrast is huge, haha.

The Martian quotes

  • [first lines]

Melissa Lewis: All right team, stay in sight of each other. Let's make NASA proud today.

Rick Martinez: How's it looking over there, Watney?

Mark Watney: Well, you will be happy to hear that in Grid Section 14-28, the particles were predominately coarse but in 29, they're much finer and they should be ideal for chem analysis.

Rick Martinez: Oh, wow. Did everybody hear that? Mark just discovered dirt.

    [laughs]

Rick Martinez: Should we alert the media?

  • Bruce Ng: Mars' atmosphere is so thin, by the time the ship's going fast enough for air resistance to matter, it'll be high enough that there's practically no air.

Vincent Kapoor: You want to send him into space under a tarp?

Bruce Ng: Yes... Can I go on?

    Vincent Kapoor: [frustrated look] NO.
