Nash's genius and the purity of his mind caused his life and struggle to be disconnected from the real world, but he was so eager to live a perfect life in the real world, the more he desired, the more disconnected he became, so he constructed three People around him: the unruly roommate, who always gave him advice, support and inspiration in difficult times; the lovely but lonely niece of his roommate, who made him involuntarily love him; the military agent who admired him and proved him extraordinary opportunities for academic ability. How beautiful Nash lives in his own illusory world, a good teacher and a good friend, a reflection of his own value, he thinks that he has worked hard to live well in the real world.
But imaginings are imaginings after all, and the impact of reality caused his mental breakdown. He is fighting against the illusory world. This is too painful, and it is really unbearable. Such a beautiful thing, such a thing that once supported him, must be ruthlessly abandoned. "Forgive me, I can't hold you again in the future", it's so heartbreaking, I can't help but cry every time I see this. Nash had no way to deny them, he could only try to ignore them. "He talked to me yesterday, but I ignored him."
Fortunately, God still favored this man with a beautiful heart, and sent a beautiful and understanding wife to him to save him. Fortunately, this was not what he imagined. His wife taught him to step into the real world, telling him that there are many things in the real world that are beautiful. Things made in Hollywood always push people to the right path. Nash was accepted, his life struggle was reported, and he realized his beautiful life in the real world in another form.
But who doesn't aspire to have those three? Nash still lives in his beautiful imaginary world, and he still saw those three people in his eyes when he delivered the Nobel Prize-winning speech. Maybe he found balance.
