When you pulled out the sword in the stone, you were already a good boy full of courage. There are really a lot of details in the whole film. For example, after Mike's death, there is no physical contact with people. For example, the gradient color when the scene changes, from light to dark to pure white at the end. It's just that the structure of the story is too simple, or there are too many hints in details. You only need to read half of the story to know the story at the end, which also leads to the ending that Mike realizes that he is a ghost. There is a bit of a bug, probably this is what we are talking about, people just want to watch to what you want to see.
