The hardest is communication

1999 American film "The sixth sense" ("The sixth sense"). I can only say that I really like this ghost eye child psychology movie. The film was released in the year I just graduated from college, and when I first watched it, it was the tenth year after graduating from college. Happy and regretful. The film was written by a 29-year-old Indian director. It tells a story about redemption and self-redemption. The most surprising thing is its O'Henry-style ending, which makes the whole foreshadowing suddenly clear. I don't think it is a thriller, on the contrary it is full of a touch of warmth and sadness. Communication is the key word. But how difficult it is to communicate.

The Sixth Sense quotes

  • Cole Sear: [of his grandmother] She wanted me to tell you...

    Lynn Sear: Cole, please stop...

Cole Sear: She wanted me to tell you she saw you dance. She said, when you were little, you and her had a fight, right before your dance recital. You thought she didn't come see you dance. She did. She hid in the back so you wouldn't see. She said you were like an angel. She said you came to the place where they buried her. Asked her a question? She said the answer is... "Every day." What did you ask?

Lynn Sear: Do... Do I make her proud?

  • Cole Sear: She came a long way to visit me, didn't she?

Malcolm Crowe: I guess she did.
