What impressed me and probably the most audience in this all time favorite cartoon was the music and the bright color use which certainly has weaved out my wildest fantasy of the wildlife and outdoor scenery. Till now I can still recall the scene when all the animals gathered in front of the pride rock to celebrate the birth of Simba with the up beating theme "Circle of life" streaming all around. And the romantic melody "Can You Feel The Love Tonight" remained one of my favorite songs of all time.
Also this movie presented the Hi-end technology of cartoon making of the time and showed the audience worldwide that the charm of the cartoon can go beyond the border of children. It brought about a great change in the Chinese Cinema where people use to think that cartoons only belong to television and children. Disney has open the large market of China for the later cartoons to come. This Ultimate Cartoon Masterpiece will always be the Lion King in my childhood memories.
