Just watched the fourth time, the last scene, everyone went to greet my father, because today is his birthday. But only Mike was alone, sitting at the dining table, drinking alone. Those people died in the end, and Tom also distanced himself from Mike. In the setting sun, Mike was alone, and the camera zoomed in closer and closer, shining on his face, as if he was contemplating something. This scene reminds me of the old godfather, the same loneliness, the same for the family, but it is much more difficult to keep this family business than to start. No one can understand him, he has lost the love of his children and his wife, and under the background music, he is a little desolate. The final success is probably all alone.
