Still love Hanks, the guards here are angels compared to The Shawshank Redemption. I didn't expect to introduce such a surreal thing, a bit of magical realism. John Coffee, the latter part becomes the main object of the film's description. The other two prisoners in front and Pessie occupy the main space, making people ticklish the teeth of Billy and Pesy, sympathize with Trevor, in him Hanks their pity and kindness and Pesy's cowardice and insidiousness Head-to-head, even though he must be executed, it still feels like a victim. Coffee, it feels a little unnatural, talking or something, maybe the director thinks this is a by-product of his being different from others.
