How does the US version of Infernal Affairs compare to the Hong Kong version? I don't know, the Infernal Affairs has been around for so long that I can't even remember what it was talking about now. But it's not bad for this remake to rank high on IMDB.

Briefly describe the plot: When Kostigan Police Academy was about to graduate, he accepted an undercover mission from the state police to the underworld boss Castro. On the other hand, the police officer Sullivan is Castro's undercover since childhood. When the two sides wrestled between the police and the bandits, the undercover agents on both sides also exerted their strength secretly. As the plot progresses, it is discovered that Castro is actually a protected whistleblower for the FBI. The two officers who knew Kirsty and the identity were killed and suspended respectively, and then Sullivan took over. Castro was set up to kill Sullivan after he discovered his FBI identity. The climax is at the end: Kirsty and Sullivan are caught on the roof, and one of Sullivan's officers confronts Kirsty. After getting off the elevator, Kirsty and the officer are immediately arranged by another Castro. The undercover policeman killed, then Sullivan killed the undercover, and Sullivan was killed again when he returned home... In

the end, it seemed that there was something unclear: the letter that Kirsty and the doctor finally handed over to the doctor was What? Who killed Sullivan in the end? There seems to be a lot of doubts, but none of these matters. And maybe that's what Scorsese was trying to say, Rat is actually everywhere, like the mouse that appeared on the windowsill at the end of the credits, and could appear at any time.
