Schindler's List

(This was originally a blog, so I had no choice but to try to post it here...) I
finally read "Schindler's List".
This disc was lying in my bookcase a few years ago, just lying quietly, never ready to read it. I just know that one day in the future, I will watch. So I kept him.

In the early summer of this year, he was awakened by Lu Chuan, as he went to understand the whole story of the massacre that took place in Nanjing. Recently, I have been exploring the history of modern China, trying to understand the meaning of change and struggle. When the shadow of war finally formed an outline in my mind, the day before yesterday, I thought I was ready and put this disc in the DVD player.
But five minutes into the movie, I hit stop. I asked myself, what is a Jew? Why slaughter?
Still not ready.
Internet Baidu, did not expect a check is two and a half hours. From the Jewish nation, to what is Judaism, the difference between Judaism and Christianity, the formation of Israel, and finally, Adolf Hitler.
If a film can get people to do so much homework, it is by no means a "Hollywood"-style so-called "blockbuster" that purely stimulates the eyes and the senses - he is really talking about something.

Starting again, in the soothing atmosphere at the beginning of the film, while watching, I couldn't help but take him and "Nanjing! Nanjing! ” to compare, so I understood the people who questioned Lu Chuan on the Internet. After all, there are too many similar treatments: from the narrative method of black and white films, to the fact that the camera scans the realistic faces.
But obviously, it's different.
Back to Schindler's List.
It is obviously inappropriate to write a film review with words like "the subtlety of the film", this is not a film to judge technique. Because of this, it's really hard to write about feelings - I don't want to use words like "how the director arranges it". What I want to say is true. The truth of a man's greed, the truth of debauchery, to the subconscious action of changing the reality, to the efforts made step by step. You don't see Schindler's entanglement in the process - a deeply socialized person doesn't have entanglements, he just does things by "thinking" for a while, for example, he slowly begins to think that those friendly and grateful workers are "he" The "good worker", for example, he thinks that Amon should "with mercy" for such a beautiful woman, another example, he is not "saving the Jews" in the name of lofty, his original purpose is only to ensure that he has cheap Jewish workers (not Polish workers) can use it. After that, he also didn't want the three hundred new "fresh" prisoners of war. He paid a few expensive diamonds for his own people, "his people". (Or someone he has feelings for).
At the end of the film, you see his deep introspection and guilt, and you see that he understands that, whether it's emotional or not, this is a life that should be saved... At this moment, at the end of the war , he woke up. . .
At the end of the film, the bitter experience is replaced by a few lines of subtitles, and no one can face his old age, let alone investigate all justice or injustice. No one knew how many nights he cried, and Mrs. Schindler could not understand the pain. Until 13 years passed, he planted that tree. But in the end, the years are not over.
A person who has love in his heart, a person who is tortured by himself, and a person who needs to be forgiven.
I can't help but sigh, how many people who are floating in society have the opportunity to wake up like this. For the time being Lu Chuan, he still walked through "Nanjing! Nanjing! "I realized.

And "Schindler's List" is a history of the genocide of millions of people. It's a fact, not a "story". So I tried to express a little bit of my humble point of view with the background knowledge I gained in two and a half hours: Jewish history can be said to be turbulent - you can't evaluate a belief, whether that person is the Messiah, Jesus or Allah, There is no way to judge whether the war that started and continues to this day is absurd. Mr. Ji Xianlin used "language comparison" to demonstrate that the Messiah and Buddha are the common ancestor. What else can be said about human beings?
I only hope that, just as Stern warmed Schindler with the gratitude of the one-armed worker, just as Schindler's words "with mercy" influenced Amon, just like "Nanjing! Nanjing! "Changed me, who was ups and downs in the depravity, just like the middle school teacher Ma influenced the bureaucratic principal. In fact, there are many, many things we can change.
This is destined to be a road of "internal injury", and it is not just Lu Chuan who stubbornly decides to go on.
However, many people are unknown, like Frank Foley (UK) and Raoul Wallenberg (Sweden) who also saved millions of Jews...

What has nothing to do with the film but cannot be avoided is to compare "Nanjing! Nanjing! ". Without judging the waves before and after, it is certain that Cao Yu contributed here. When I couldn't see the texture of dentures in "Schindler's List", "Nanjing! Nanjing! "The blood is clear; when faced with "Schindler's List" silence or tears, "Nanjing! Nanjing! "It gave people a huge shock, depression, and pain still gouging out in their hearts, and the feeling of the camera "letting you" walk in the crowd toward the riverside is still suffocating. Spielberg's narration is calm, Lu Chuan's narration is crazy: the same scooter and corpse, the movement of the camera destroys your calm nerve. Yes, the black and white film, the corpse on the trolley, the girl in red and the red foot ornaments of Xiaojiang, you can see many of the same elements, but they are expressing different emotions, and there is no competition.

Lu Chuan was still crazy. He didn't indulge in love, he wanted to shoot a hypnotist. My first guess was that he wanted to "pull out" the world. Oh my God.
All I can say is this: "My God".
I wish him to find a partner soon.

At the same time, I am slowly approaching a truth, a truth that I will forget if I turn around: I'm nobody.
So long, thank you for reading.
