This is the first time Urban has seen so many people die, just think about the person who was talking to you just now being bombed beyond recognition. I can't guarantee that I will still be able to stand on my feet. Just Like Urban in the film, it's not that he didn't want to set foot on the clock tower. Urban must have wanted to do so, rushing to the clock tower and tearing the enemy to pieces, but it was the first time Urban felt such a cruel scene in his heart. The shock and panic caused his legs to go limp.
Although it is unknown whether Urban died in the subsequent battles, Urban was a survivor of the war described in this film, and there were times when he was surrounded by enemies. It was never found. I believe in the saying "good people always have good news".
Urban is kind and very kind, and even his kindness makes him look ridiculous, after all, this is World War II. In Abandoned radar station, he dissuaded his teammates from killing the German who was almost crazy shouting "I love Amereca", and in the battle at the bridgehead, he let go of the German soldiers who were standing in front of him with their hands raised and surrendered. He Thinking that no matter which country's soldiers are human, they are all living lives. Unfortunately, war is cruel, even if he doesn't want to kill people, even if he pity those lives, as long as the war doesn't really end, those soldiers will still be reborn. Returning to the battlefield to continue killing one after another.
After the film, some students asked, "Is this a true story?" I want to say that maybe the story is not true, but the war is true. Every bloody cruel picture in the film It all happened on the battlefield.
May the world be at peace.
