Based on the autobiography of NASA scientists, the film tells the story of Homer, a high school student, who came up with the idea of making a rocket and put it into research. With the support of teachers and friends, Homer devoted himself to research. Li Lei, a teacher of physics and chemistry, uses her teacher's identity to inspire Horner and make him think that he can be the person he wants to be. After countless failures, Horner successfully launched the first rocket and won the champion of science exhibition and a university scholarship. As the movie said: Sometimes a dream is enough to light up the entire sky.
