No more compliments.
I don't like a character like Frodo very much, he's just an ordinary halfling, he only has a ring given to him by his uncle. Of course I can't deny that he has courage. But , he always does things with his own temperament. Let's think about the problem.. Maybe the plot needs to be adjusted. Maybe it's because I watch too much of the truth, the good and the beautiful.
Relatively speaking, I actually like Sam more.. His monologue is really memorable.
"There are must be something good, for us to fighting for." The

other characters are equally wonderful. I like the humour of dwarves. I like the cleverness of elves, and I like humans too And all kinds of spirits of tree spirits.
Such a world is the real world. Everyone is different.
Play your own role. Good and
evil come and go.

LOTR weakens the existence of magic, intentionally or unintentionally. Because what LOTR wants to convey is: even ordinary people can change the development trend of things, even the most insignificant characters can change the destiny of many people, and the influence of magic on the progress of things is gradually in the true performance of the actors. It is downplayed, which is why in the trilogy, magic only uses the rendering of the psychological changes of the characters as a certain tone, rather than the entity of something. FOTR's cloud and water can be called a "road movie", and TTT is not so much a magical chapter as an epic of war.

The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers quotes

  • Theoden: Where is the horse and the rider? Where is the horn that was blowing? They have passed like rain on the mountain, like wind in the meadow. The days have gone down in the West behind the hills into shadow. How did it come to this?

  • Gandalf: Three hundred lives of men I have walked this earth and now I have no time.
