The mentally handicapped is the winner in life, but mortals are mortals, and geniuses are geniuses

"Forrest Gump", I have seen it in countless young people's top ten must-see movies, and I specially downloaded it to my computer. I watched it again last night, and it didn't seem to be that good. I watched it again tonight, but I still don't think it's very good. I don't know if it is different from mainstream people and values.

But my feeling after watching it is: this is an anti-intellectual story, a bit of a mentally retarded genius, like an elephant pretending to be a pig and eating a tiger. Every national general trend and social change seems to have come into being for Forrest Gump's turnaround. I can't help feeling that the protagonist has a good name, and the protagonist's halo is against the sky.

However, Forrest Gump is Forrest Gump after all, and the rest of the mortals are still being ravaged by all kinds of life.
