flying in the wind

Just finished watching Forrest Gump for the second time.

Forrest Gump has no father, and his mother sleeps with the primary school principal for her mentally retarded son's studies.
Jenny was sexually assaulted by her father when she was a child, but this should not be the reason for her to indulge herself after failing to pursue her dream.
When Forrest Gump saw Jenny again, and learned that he had a son, I couldn't help but think maliciously, the child doesn't know who it is, maybe it's just your money.
Forrest Gump went to college because he ran fast, then joined the army and became a war hero, ping pong diplomacy affected the world situation, and finally became an entrepreneur because of a storm.
Even the mentally retarded like Forrest Gump succeeded. Is this the power of fate?

This is what I remember the first time I watched it.
Go TM for success.

The second time I watched it, there were three places where my eyes were red: Forrest's mother died, Forrest was talking to himself in front of Jenny's cemetery, and what Forrest Jr. said to the driver when he got into the school bus. Forrest Gump didn't understand what his mother did with the principal to help him get a chance to go to school; Forrest Gump didn't know how Jenny lived while she was out; When taking the school bus, it seemed like a huge reincarnation, and Forrest Gump gave his answer.
It's really simple.

"I want to tell you that I love you."

Forrest Gump is a fool, but the fool occasionally says the right thing: "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what the next one will taste like." The fool chose Jenny, mother And Fores Jr., and if we were to swap places with him, we wouldn't necessarily do better than him.

The fool went into the White House twice to meet the president, fought the Vietnam War, won the game... it doesn't matter.
The most important thing is that he wanted to run, so he ran. During the journey, he saw the stars in the sky after the clouds disappeared, the little scales on the sea in the sunset, the lake in the mountains, and the sunrise in the desert.
Then he was tired and he had to go home.

If Forrest Gump is an animal that listens and loves, we put on a mask of desire, interest, calculation... Sometimes, even animals are inferior.

Maybe some people envy Forrest Gump's life, but don't forget that his mother and Jenny left him prematurely.

Who is qualified to say who is happy?
Everyone has only one destiny.
You can't be anyone. You can only be yourself.
A person's most successful place should be infinitely close to himself.

The white feathers at the beginning and end of the credits flutter in the wind.

I believe, just list enough conditions. Data, such as wind speed, temperature, gravity, the effect of observers such as Forrest Gump on feathers... Coupled with enough computing power and the correct formula, we can completely know where the feathers come from and where they are going.
That said, I admit that there is a godlike science that can finally reveal our destiny.

However, before God appears, let us simply love, run, and dance in the wind.

    Good movie: mediocre-magical-amazing-back to basics.

I just watched it again on Youku not long ago. The feeling when I was young is really different from what people experience when I watch it in middle age.

Forrest Gump quotes

  • Forrest Gump: [Narrating] I liked that guitar, it sounded good I started moving around to the music swinging my hips, this one night me and momma was out shopping and walked by the appliance store, some years later that handsome young man they called" The King" he sang too many songs and had himself a heart attack or something, must be hard being "The King"

  • Forrest Gump: [Seeing Jenny for the first time, narrating] I hadn't seen anything so beautiful in my life she was like an angel. I just sat next to her on that bus and had a conversation all the way to school. Next to momma no one ever talked to me or asked me questions from that day on we were always together Jenny, she helped me learn how to read and I showed her how to swing sometimes we'd just sit out and wait for the stars for some reason Jenny never wanted to go home she was my most special friend, my only friend
