This group of people is called profilers, the mindhunters of the title is another way of saying it. Their profession relies on various details to outline the (behavioral) characteristics of criminals, which seems to be mainly aimed at serial killers. So they went to a special training island, but they met a real serial killer... the
heroine really resembled Samantha in the Stargate series. The other characters look good too, and a few look pretty pleasing to the eye. But in this way, it is difficult to recognize who is who and what characteristics are there when there are too many people. There are a few more personal ones that will be easier to recognize-but that's not suitable for the subject, because the ugly ones in this kind of film are generally not the murderers.
Generally speaking, I still like detective inference movies. The key is to look at its logical connection, whether it is reasonable and credible; then it depends on the difficulty and whether it is easy to see through. It is actually very difficult to be both unexpected and reasonable. So usually the story is good-looking, it has to introduce a special environment and abnormal character background, well, and a perverted killer.
From this perspective, I have to say that the film still has a lot of highlights, although there are some flaws. On the whole, the logic is fluent, and the flaws are not concealed. For example, when I look at it, I think, it makes sense, how do you want to make up next. But it all survived... For example, the assassin killed people according to the scheduled time. I thought it was incredible, but in the end, there were no serious bugs.
It's all reasonable in theory, but it's another matter whether it's actually feasible to kill people so successfully in every round. It's a bit complicated, and it's easy to make mistakes. But there is no way to look good in this way. Some of the techniques in the film are not old-fashioned, so they are not boring.
Another nice thing is that these people are "detectives" and there are a lot of equipment on the island, so they are not the kind who obediently die, they have been trying to figure out what is going on and what to do. This way It is even more commendable if the killer can succeed. Moreover, the suspense protection is so good, I admit that I didn't guess it, until the end.
Still a movie worth watching.
