dream within a dream

, the setting of the dream in the film, with the dazzling special effects scenes and sound effects, the layers of reality and dreams are stacked, and the actors are arrogant in their acting skills. I think only Nolan has the means to film such a special narrative technique. The whole film has been teasing the audience's visual and auditory nerves from beginning to end, testing our logical thinking ability. Some people say that watching this film is very sad. It's exhausting, but I think it inspired me to think about my innermost thoughts. When the spinning top at the end stops, am I in a dream or in reality? Nolan's plot structure is bound to be complicated, and his thinking is explosive, but what impressed me is the entanglement between the hero and his wife. It's really painful. I understand the inexplicable pain. It is so real in the form of art, without hysterical crying, without too many words to describe, because there are many unspeakable contents in the human heart, and this film did it. I admit that I like watching sadistic tragedies more than comedies, maybe because I want to keep the joy in real life, maybe because I need to vent through this sadness.

Still used to call it "Foundation". Too many words of praise have been said, so I won't repeat them. Christopher Nolan has once again proved his prowess at navigating non-linear narrative cinema. Although I dare not say that I understand it 100%, it is definitely not as difficult to understand as most people say, but it is definitely a movie that will require you to use your brain. As for the ending... the benevolent sees the benevolent and the wise sees the wisdom, a thousand moviegoers have a thousand Hamlets ★★★★★

Inception quotes

  • Cobb: [notices that he's being followed] That price on my head, was that dead or alive?

Eames: Not sure. See if he starts shooting.

  • Cobb: What do you want?

    Saito: Inception. Is it possible?

    Arthur: Of course not.

Saito: If you can steal an idea, why can't you plant one there instead?

Arthur: Okay, this is me, planting an idea in your mind. I say: don't think about elephants. What are you thinking about?

    Saito: Elephants?

Arthur: Right, but it's not your idea. The dreamer can always remember the genesis of the idea. True inspiration is impossible to fake.

    Cobb: No, it's not.
