Today's May 4th Youth Day, as soon as I opened my eyes, I saw someone posted a very hot youth promotional film "The Waves" in the circle of friends, accompanied by Mr. He Bing's speech, it was really inspiring to watch. However, I am not a frequent visitor to station B, and I don't know much about the characters and content in it, but I am just a little touched by this recitation!
What is youth? You and I understand the same thing, isn't it synonymous with being positive and working hard?
In my opinion, youth is not limited to age, as long as you have a young heart, you are still young when you are over fifty.
Louis Kahn was undoubtedly a youth all his life. The first time I heard this name was from the university teacher Zhao Xiaomao. From the teacher, I learned about Le Corbusier, Tadao Ando, Mies van der Rohe, Frank Gehry and other architectural masters. I was very interested at the time. I went to the library to look for related books. After reading "Tadao Ando on Architecture", I also took a lot of notes. I was very encouraged during the process of reading, and suddenly there was a kind of force pushing me to go ahead.
I’m free today, I want to rediscover the mood of my college days, and I want to quietly watch the stories of these great people. This documentary has been on for a long time, and I finally finished it today! I suddenly remembered a sentence from Gehry: is starting hard? The answer is self-evident. It must be the case for Kang. He has devoted his whole life to his great architectural career and is tireless. He insists on himself and does not compromise. Because of this, he does not have as many clients as Pei Luming, but he The buildings that remain are great and inspiring. The open-mindedness and piety I see from the Sark Institute of Biological Research are unmatched by any other building.
Tadao Ando came here later, and he had incomparable respect and admiration for Louis Kahn. He was influenced by Kahn, and he was later good at using fair-faced concrete to make buildings.
In terms of family, Kang can be said to be a failure. When he died at the train station, his three women met. The three women had children, and they all believed that Kang loved them and never gave up. , even though they knew Kang was more than a woman, they held on, as unwaveringly as Kang held on to his architectural ideas. I think they're all great, self-assured people. People who never give up are respectable.
This is especially true for young people, be firm and self-improvement!
