First of all, I haven't watched the Galileo series. A movie I just watched because I liked the original Suspect. So I can't agree with Shibasaki Yuki, a new heroine who was created during the TVization.
Briefly comment on this movie (or sp, I don't remember it for a long time, anyway). The plot is still relatively restored. The content of the entire novel has been described, possibly more concisely and clearly. Some of the reasoning is weakened. Although the description is a little deliberately highlighting the details related to the final stone god plan, such as the tramp, it still does not lose the suspense and storytelling of the novel.
Personally, what I think is a little unacceptable is the appearance of the characters, that is, the casting. In the original work, Shishen was a fat man with unremarkable appearance and small eyes. A person that a beautiful woman like Yasuko would never notice. But the movie version uses the handsome uncle Shinichi Tsutsumi (although the makeup is sloppy). . . It should be the screenwriter's positive bonus to the character of Shishen. . . It is also understandable that due to the frontal portrayal of Shishen, Kudo, the gentle and unrestrained diamond king fifth in the book, has become a dead fat man. . .
Then, the friendship and understanding of good friends turned into a rival scene between Shibasaki Yuki and Fukuyama Masaharu. I am still very resentful. The story of two men is so good, why should I add a woman. . . (I was pumped
to complain about the film, so here it is, if it was for complaining, I wouldn’t come here to write this review.
The shock and sense of loss this story gave me is one of the strongest in Keigo Higashino’s works.
~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ishigami
is a mathematician. Yukawa Describing him as a genius.
At the end of the play, Yu Chuan once choked and said, your brain shouldn't be used for this kind of thing.
Shishen lightly touched the corner of his mouth.
Such a person, for being just a neighbor's woman, would not hesitate to He ruined his future.
When I read the book, I kept thinking over and over again, what kind of love made him so persistent.
Although he said it was because Jingzi gave him hope of living. This is more concretely portrayed in the movie. In the early morning, when Yasukiko saw the hesitant in front of the bento shop, he took the initiative to talk to him to resolve his embarrassment. In the evening, Miri greeted him loudly. Maybe such a person's heart was melted a little bit. He began to live to protect the mother and daughter. He was motivated every day just to see her smile.
But is that enough to kill another person for her. When I watched her interact with Kudo, Ishigami's hatred was written in the book. He was real in that moment. And this is also beautified in the movie. The stone god doesn't seem to be jealous, and he doesn't even have the selfishness of a mortal.
The stone god hates him too. Jealous and mad.
But he loves her, and as long as it is for her, he is willing to do anything.
At the end of the letter, he wrote word by word that Mr. Kudo is an honest and kind person. You will be happy with him. Please forget me.
In front of such a stone god, Yasuko finally collapsed. She thought he would threaten her like her ex-husband and live under his control forever, but everything was completely different.
Maybe she didn't expect that he would pay so much for himself.
He loves her with everything he has.
In front of this kind of love, Yukawa saw through everything, but could only sigh silently.
Many of Keigo Higashino's novels are like this. Love beyond love has risen to live for and die for, which is embarrassing and moving.
I'm not a person who believes in love, so I can't understand such a move as Shishen.
So much so that I kept thinking about what Yasuko said.
——Why so many people love me, but I can't be happy.
Although Mr. Higashino wrote reasoning and snares. But I always felt that what he wrote was actually love.
His story isn't all about the darkness and ugliness of cold, cruel humanity.
At least at the end, when I saw Yasushi apologize over and over again, saying that he would make atonement with Shishen.
I felt a redemption.
He never asked her in return.
Until the end, he also wanted her to be happy.
He used his life to pray for her happiness.
For Shishen, perhaps the Hanaoka mother and daughter are a beautiful sign, and he vows to protect them, a feeling that goes beyond pure love.
I saw Tsutsumi knelt down to the ground in pain at the end. He kept saying why. Why let your efforts go to waste. Why not go for happiness.
Your smile, unconsciously, has become the brightest sunshine in my life.
I'm starting to focus on things other than math, and I'm starting to look forward to meeting you.
If you notice me, I can't believe it myself, I'm ecstatic.
It turns out that from that day on, my life exists for you.
I don't ask you to do anything for me. Because your happiness is God's greatest gift to me.
I will definitely protect you.
Even if I block everything.
Reminds me of a song I've been listening to lately. Funky Monkey Babys, Love Song.
Dedicated to this one love story.
