For a period of time, the "Journey" that was crisscrossing the Yeosu Sea was no longer able to return with full rewards, and it became the object of monitoring. Faced with the crisis of losing his boat, the captain, Cheol-soo (Kim Yoon-seok), sees this as his last chance, and he and his crew board the old fishing boat "Journey".
Headed by the captain, Wan Hao (Moon Sung-geun), the honest and down-to-earth officer who hides on the ship, listens to the captain's orders silently, and sends the deck commander Ho-young (Kim Sang-ho). Kyung-gu (Yoo Seung-mok), a rude roller-hander, Chang-wook (Lee Hee-joon), a crew member who is faithful to his needs at all times, and Dong-sik (Park Yoo-chun), the youngest crew member who has just started working on the ship. These six crew members have dreams of returning home set sail.
But on the vast sea, they are not transporting fish but people!
Captain Cheol-soo (Kim Yoon-seok) suggested to the crew to help people smuggle in order to protect the ship, the base of life. Countless stowaways who risked their lives to cross the sea, as well as the six crew members who were destined to be on the same boat.
