The movie is so good, so good! Great filming, great acting, and great screenwriter!
No matter how thrilling life is, it is also a smooth passage. The so-called grand narrative is often an afterthought, at least too abstract, abstracting the flesh and blood of real life, as if the pain of millions of people is just a footnote to the concept of history. Reason buries life. But this movie is really good. It takes our hands to directly touch the life of those grass people in that era, with emotion and warmth. Those who are in life are as fragile as fish in the face of fate. Every move of a hand, every move, every thought, every second thought, inadvertently has been torn apart by life, and which one can choose between advancing and retreating?
