The story is simple: two guys made a deal behind their backs and decided to launch a brain-dead invention with no outside involvement at all. Later, the merchants relied on the money to eat and drink spicy food, travel abroad, and make Hong Kong sisters in Japan. Decision makers, trying to implement advanced inventions everywhere, were sneered at, and they were advised to throw that crap into the sea!
The last shot of the film is also profound: through this rubbish, we can see the future clearly.
