Dark Matter Simple Review

This is a more attentive movie. The tone at the beginning is relatively relaxed, but it often cuts to the close-up of Liu Xing alone in the dark room, which seems to herald failure and disappointment. The image of Chinese students seems to have nothing to say, and there is no breakthrough. Lawrence Feng, who is the opposite of Liu Xing, seems very deliberate. Liu Xing's research is inseparable from the epiphany like an apple smashing his head, which is a bit vulgar. He has been in the United States for a few years, and his broken English has not changed at all, which is relatively fake.
When he failed his doctoral dissertation defense, why didn't he continue his research? Can't he correct his mistakes? Even if it takes another three years! Is it too much for a person who is determined to win the Nobel? The film did not explain clearly in this place, causing the audience to fail to understand Liu Xing's slump. Why doesn't he try other opportunities? Can't accept this reality after being deceived? He is not such a simple person. Or see Lawrence going smoothly, unbalanced?
The author is not enough for Liu Xing's last and most crucial psychological presentation.

ps: The clip before the final murder is quite touching.
