Why is it that the homosexual female protagonist does not take care of the children of the siblings, but is busy with her own joy?

What's the use of being fearless other than chatting with strangers?
I can understand why that elder sister gave up on that woman. There are still two children behind her to look after! ! I feel sorry for her death, and no one cares about the dead child. Ugh?
