I never thought that I would go back and watch this movie again, partly because of the newly filmed "The Legend of the Witch with White Hair", which aroused my desire to revisit it. And at the same time, maybe it was too rushed at first, and it is not necessarily that too many things were overlooked. Sure enough, when I watched it again this time, I actually had the slightest fondness for this movie. It seems that I understand the helplessness of the characters in the play.
When I first saw it, I didn't like Zhuo Yihang, I didn't like practicing Nishang, and I didn't even like every character in the play. At that time, it was quite extreme. The consensus was that the so-called righteous path was a hypocrite with a sanctimonious appearance. In name, he claimed to uphold justice, but in fact, he was fighting for fame and fortune. Zhuo Yihang was indecisive and evaded responsibility. He was not a chivalrous person. And Lian Nishang is even more ignorant. It can be explained clearly, but the misunderstanding is deepened because of the absolute trust. At that time, I didn't understand the thoughts of everyone in the play, I just thought that it was unforgivable to hurt so many people for an explainable misunderstanding.
But revisiting it again, I have a new understanding of the characters in the play. Perhaps after so long, I also grew up, and gradually understood the helplessness in life, and also saw the paranoia and hesitation in myself. Zhuo Yihang is not a coward. He evades the mission of leading the six sects, but he does not want to see the two sides fighting and killing lives. He knows that this war is inevitable, and his kindness cannot dissolve the contradiction between the two sides. He shouldn't belong to the rivers and lakes, but he happens to be in the rivers and lakes. There are too many unavoidable things. He can only choose to leave so that he can stay away from fighting, fighting, and blood. A peaceful life belongs to him.
It's the depth of love that hurts all night. Maybe his "I believe no" was really important to her. She grew up in a wolf's den and was forced to do things under Ji Wu's hands, and she didn't get much warmth. She seems to be strong, but she is actually more vulnerable than anyone else. She can't tolerate any doubts from her lover, not to mention that she is the only person she trusts. She has no sense of security because she has never gotten it before. would be so disappointed. Only because you have had it before, you are afraid of losing it. So her stubborn "Will you follow me?" just wants the absolute trust of her lover, because she is so unshakable in him.
The ending was so tragic, but it was impossible to say who was right and who was wrong. From Zhuo Yihang's point of view, he had to ask when the blood was splashed at the division's door at that time, but from the perspective of Lian Nishang, she always acted She has always had her own principles, right and wrong, and she does not want to explain. She only needs the absolute trust of the people she cares about. Who brewed this tragedy? It can only be said that the two right people met at the wrong place at the wrong time.
