This is a film jointly produced by Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands, so it is rare for me to watch a subtitled movie in a London cinema.
The four middle-aged old friends all work as teachers in a small town school and lead a lifeless teaching life day after day. A birthday party talked about a new theory of a Norwegian psychologist: When the alcohol content in the human body reaches 0.5%, people are the most relaxed, creative and open time, so people should drink. (Oh, isn’t this really a thesis of the British Empire!!!)
So... the four people started their rigorous experiment: bring alcohol and alcohol tester (check drunk driving) to class to see what alcohol level is the best in get out of class. The four people also wrote papers very seriously............ (this may be the Nordic spirit......) from the effect of less than 0.5% to the state of 1.2% to the "maximum value" (that is,... The kind of "test" on the side of the road.
How to say, very, Hmm, a kind of film that is difficult to define. It includes teaching methods, teacher-student relationship, friendship and love, mid-life crisis, funerals and graduation ceremonies.
It's like everyone's life, you don't know what will come first, you may not be able to grasp it, and you don't want to go with the flow, and you don't want to lose control.
Perhaps there is such a strange boundary. What kind of seasoning in life must have a degree.
Mads Mikkelsen is really amazing, his stern face can actually see the markings in his heart from the subtleties. The final jazz ballet is awesome! Uncle jumped too powerfully!
