"Summer in Provence" is a "typical" family warm-hearted movie, but this kind of plot is always healing and beautiful, and deserves 3.5 stars.
There are two moving points in the plain story:
1. The Provence countryside is so beautiful! There is no lavender field in Provence in the movie, there are sunshine, grass, swings, horses, sheep, chickens, rabbits, open-air taverns and parties.
