The little sister of the slum! Self-reliance and self-improvement to become a beautiful girl in a famous university--------I feel the movie "Harvard Road"

I just watched "Wind and Rain Harvard Road", even though the plot of this film is old-fashioned, but I still feel very encouraged after watching it. Because the lines are quite pertinent, every sentence is thrown out loudly. Well, it's pretty good to watch as an inspirational film. (I think it's more inspiring than "Forrest Gump")
It's a miracle for a slum girl to get admitted to Harvard. However, there are also foreshadowings in other movies, telling everyone that it is not just about hard work, but also talent. Little Taimei has memorized the encyclopedia since she was a child, so she can memorize it clearly without learning at all. The school's test paper scored 100 points, and people are talented and smart. It's not enough for you to have talent, you also have to have Bole. If there is no male principal who gives Xiao Taimei a chance to learn, after a few decades, the little Taimei will at most become a big Taimei. (What am I talking about...?) Even if you have the motivation and talent to work hard and the luck of meeting Bole, you still have to have an environment to maintain that motivation to work hard. A normal family can't give that kind of environment. That kind of constant motivation is only possible if my mother died of AIDS from drug addiction, my father went to a shelter, and I used to live on the streets.
Anyway, to sum up, the lines in the play are quite provocative, and it covers up part of the truth and conditions. But what about it? We are inspired, we feel that our own dreams can still be realized like this, we can use the momentum of this film to try to fight back against the weak life, so, enough.

Not much nonsense, just a few lines that I especially like~:

This world is fair or there is no fairness in the world at all. To sit on an equal footing with others requires your own efforts. ——We are motivated to fight because of fairness. When we encounter unfairness, we must not hold grudges. Tell ourselves that the world is like this, and we can’t change it. Then why bother with it? Keep fighting.

"At that moment, I realized that I have to choose, either give in to everything and live by it, or I have to work hard and strive for a good life." - Life needs to be tough. A half-assed person is never promising.

"The world is turning, you are just a speck of dust, without you, the earth is still turning. The reality will not change according to your will, because the will of others will be stronger than yours. The cruelty of life will make people ignorant So there are people who are immersed in confusion all day long, unwilling to open their eyes to see the situation clearly, and unwilling to think about what small factors have accumulated to cause this situation." - very good, wise people want Recognize clearly, don't take yourself too much as a character. The world is so big, you are just a speck of dust, all you have to do is to keep expanding yourself so that you can compete with other dust and fight for space.

Why should I feel poor, this is my life. I even want to thank it for making me have to move forward in any situation. I have no retreat, I can only keep trying to move forward. Why can't I do it? —— Gratitude for life, this is a point that Ang Li ROY emphasizes. At the beginning, I thought it was fake, but now after watching this line of this movie, I fully understand, it turns out that only by thinking about gratitude can we change , only by changing our thoughts can we be rewarded. After returning, we will continue to be grateful, which is leading us into a virtuous circle. Conversely, if we are not grateful, we will have bad thoughts, we will feel sorry for ourselves, and our mind will be depressed, and then we will be even more ungrateful and evil. This is A vicious circle.

"The world is not real, we live in each other's hearts. "——This sentence touched me a lot, regardless of its materialism and idealism, I think that only by thinking this way can you truly feel the cruelty of the world and the cruelty of survival, and at the same time learn some principles, such as communication, Such as communication, such as sharing, such as never isolate yourself.
