What is that red balloon?
After watching the movie, I asked myself.
It's fantasy, it's daydreaming,
it's lyrical,
it's poetic.
The director said that it is an old soul
who misses the days when it lived with the child,
silently taking care of the child.
I think it can be another perspective,
overlooking us from above, and
sometimes falling down
to play with us.
It can be
on top of the movie,
but not outside the movie. What kind of movie
would it be without the red balloon
?
I can't imagine.
As, it can be above life,
but it cannot be outside life.
It's like hope
or, a higher heaven,
and even sometimes,
we need to depend on it.
But many times, many times,
we don't know, the
red balloon is floating above my head.
Too often,
we forget to look up.
Too often, we forget to look down on our lives
like red balloons . The red balloon, what else does it symbolize? It can always be bigger, deeper, and farther than we can imagine . But it is as indispensable to us as sunlight or air, for example,
Happiness,
and our desire for happiness.
