3. Persistence/Effort

5. Good mentor and friend, Munger/breham/bill
6. Family environment, education, parental guidance, character formation, stable marriage and family support.
7. Constantly update the amount of knowledge and information, read a lot
8. Clear self-awareness
For Susie, she doesn't care how rich and successful Buffett is. She cares about whether he contributes to the society.
