Only 3 stars are given for the original book "Gambling Apocalypse"!
To tell the truth, this adaptation is really average. A film that should be known for its plot and psychological description has inexplicably added a bunch of useless action scenes. Instead of creating a tense atmosphere and psychological activity, it interrupted. Continuity and tension of the plot...failure...
Those so-called animals all feel deja vu (probably the men in black)...fail...
Then there is the setting of the protagonist, which must be set as a so-called mathematical genius... However, this game does not need to be a mathematical genius. The essence of the original book lies in the struggle of an ordinary person with some greed and some conscience who is forced into a desperate situation. And that little bit of cleverness that burst out. And these all disappeared after such an adaptation...fail...
Moreover, as an adaptation, the small theater turned off the projector (the machine was turned off when the end credits started to appear as sponsors, and the small theater did not change it after several comments!) I did not see the name of the original work or the original author.
It is the most basic respect for the original work to indicate the name of the original work or the original author!
Even if the author sells the adaptation rights to you, it is your freedom to change how you want, but this is the most basic point you should abide by...
If you change it like this, it will be either a building or Pachinko... Alas... I feel like it's an idol film used to support people...
