Atypical disaster movie. Two hours long, the real description of the tsunami is about 15 minutes. The director used the first hour to delicately portray many small characters. The warm and interesting city life allows the audience to fully understand the lives and hearts of these personalities. After the foreshadowing was in place, the tsunami came, and the performance of these little people in the disaster became three-dimensional, effective, and deserved. It is precisely because of this that the short 15-minute disaster scene is tearful. The characters who have passed are like your neighbors, your friends, your lovers, and the maintenance worker in your home. right. The maintenance guy with only 2 minutes of play is remembered. The director's ability to portray characters is evident. Salute to the director! Because the author rewatched this movie in 2017, I unconsciously compared these blockbusters in 2012. However, Haeundae is still the best disaster film in my heart. By analogy with disaster films that focus on disaster scenes and the occasional flashes of people fleeing or the selfishness of human nature, Haeundae is so warm and not deliberately provocative. It is as if opening your eyes is the morning light outside the window, and the breeze by the riverside after the morning run. Everything is so natural and comfortable. Live well, live well! ...well, it's gone a bit far. All in all, I give it five points.
