So I personally interpret these adaptations as conflicting needs for storytelling. After all, this film is an adapted story, not a documentary. The story should have its ups and downs. I like this movie, and I just like it as a work that is out of the historical facts.
And one of the main reasons I personally like this story is because it is a story that is impossible to shoot in the context of Western culture.
