Until yesterday when I was discussing which movie to watch with my friends, I finally found out that the name was "A World Without Thieves". Looking at the name, I thought for a while quietly, hum, the name is as naive as I used to be, how can there be no thieves in the world? Yes, how can there be no thieves in the world? Feng Xiaogang is also a bit too perfectionist. But it was the name rather than the big-name actors that attracted me and aroused my curiosity. I really wanted to know what a world without thieves Feng Xiaogang showed us in his films.
The cinema that I came to is newly opened, the environment is elegant and the seats are comfortable, quite a feeling of celebrating the New Year. The blue transparent curtain was opened. First, there were the commercials shot by the leading actors. After a hundred people sat together and watched the commercials for several minutes (laughs), the movie finally started.
The film tells the story of two thieves and a simple and honest migrant worker. The thieves Andy Lau and Liu Ruoying met in Gansu, the migrant worker Dagen, who was going to take home 60,000 yuan to get his wife and build a house, and were determined to protect Dagen and his 60,000 yuan; another small gang of thieves headed by Ge You was eyeing Sixty thousand dollars. So, a thief fight on the train began...
The whole film is really Feng Xiaogang's career change, the humorous element has declined, but the artistic element has been significantly improved. Throughout this film, apart from Fu Biao's "How come to me?" when he appeared in the opening title, Ge You's classic lines occasionally chewed on words, only the robbery scene of two super thieves, Fan Wei and Feng Yuanzheng, remained. And because of Andy Lau's death at the end, the film became heavier. I was very moved when I saw this episode, but somehow I didn't shed a single tear, not even a tear in my eyes. On the contrary, my good friend who went to the movies with me shed tears during the episode when Rene Liu lost her lover and worshipped Buddha. .
When I walked out of the cinema, I dragged my friend and I to observe the audience who had just finished watching the movie. Most of them are still smiling, but they will inadvertently exhale. I think if I feel right, I'll go with them. The wicked finally got their revenge, and Liu Ruoying's child was born, but why did Andy Lau die? Andy Lau did a good thing after all. Although there are some small regrets, it has taught me that nothing is perfect, even in movies.
For nearly two hours, Feng Xiaogang used his own way to plunge me deeply into this story, into a world full of thieves. Only then did I wake up and realize that Feng Xiaogang was an idealist. He didn't need to create a world without thieves for himself, but used this film to entrust people's expectation that there would be no thieves in the world.
