2 stars, one for the golden hoop of the title (I was looking forward to it at the time and thought it was a good film), and one for the soundtrack. To be honest, some of the pictures don't quite match the music, but I think it's the director's fault.
There is nothing left to praise. This film is full of uncomfortable incongruity, abruptly funny, deliberately modern lines, and absolutely unnecessary emotional scenes between men and women.
Most of the female characters in it are the sponsor's godfather who pays for the power to come in as a New Year's gift. Besides, Shui Jun, can you explain to me which non-background female characters besides Guanyin need to appear?
Not to mention the poor 3D effect (already said, hello), anyway, the overall domestic technology needs to be improved, take it slow
This early-stage promotional film had a 3-4 star stance until it showed the world view setting of the war between gods and demons at the beginning. As a result, the story of the whole film was quickly advanced, and the emotional development of the characters was perfunctory. The attitude, props, costumes, and scenes all make people feel that this should be a rough B-grade film, but it still lacks the anti-bone and quirky creativity that a B-grade film should have.
