Domestic movies are really surprising recently.
When many people watch the trailer of this movie, the first impression will be that the carrot demon and other animal shapes are ugly, why can it be so ugly.
Hahaha, like many people, I felt the same way before I went to the theater to see this movie. But thanks to Zengcheng Wanda and the producer, a 35-yuan imax discount made me tempted to run into the theater to watch this movie after get off work. In the first half of the movie, I defined these animated characters as "ugly and cute", and in the second half, only "cute" is left.
The viewing experience is of course great.
It's hard for me to predict that a director who is an animation producer can be so correct in casting roles. Jing Boran, Bai Baihe, Zhong Hanliang, Wu Junru, Zeng Zhiwei, Tang Wei, Yao Chen, every role is seamlessly connected with the temperament and style of this movie, especially Down to earth.
Even the original male lead, Ke Zhendong, had to spend 70 million for a reshoot because of drug addiction, which I think is a crooked shot. I'm basically certain that Jing Boran will definitely be better than Ke as the male lead. It is not even an exaggeration to say: Jing Boran and Bai Baihe's performance in this film can make them consider switching to ancient costume TV series adapted from martial arts games such as Xianjian and Xuanyuanjian.
Yes, there is another touching point about this movie: it allows our generation who grew up playing the "Three Swords" series of martial arts games to find the kind of relaxed fantasy and touching but not bloody adventures in the game back then atmosphere feeling.
"The Taoist Goes Down the Mountain" insists on Chen Kaige's fame, so there is no need to delete Fang Zuming's scene, but "Monster Hunt" will cost 70 million to reshoot because of Ke Zhendong. Since "The Return of the Great Sage" deserves everyone's encouragement, this movie should not be missed by everyone.
The director who made "Shrek" was the same person as the director of "Monster Hunt". Isn't that how everyone came to watch Shrek back then, so don't subconsciously put a lot of labels on it just because it's a domestic film. They look ugly, but they're actually cute when they move.
There are also people who have blackened the end-credits egg song because of Wu Mochou. Maybe after coming out of the movie theater, they can't hate this Easter egg song. At least they should hate it but they have been brainwashed haha~
