frontal neurosis

I've watched too many movies like Doctor Edward and Fight Club, and it's hard for me to get much interest in movies about split personality. After looking at it, I understand 70% to 80%, and there are not many things to tickle my appetite, so I am not satisfied, and I am too lazy to analyze those that I don't understand.
It's just that when Sophie Marceau drives around in circles, she can't find that familiar place. When others say you want to relax, you can't find someone who can understand and cry. At that time, when everything around me became so disturbing and I couldn't tell why, I seemed to see the kind of anxiety that was hard to dispel from myself before...
I think I have a little neurotic trait. When watching Fight Club, Edward Norton walked down the street in a trance, unable to tell the time and place where he was, and seemed to have the same doubts about whether he really existed.
Always resonated with them, but to this day I still live a normal, at least seemingly normal life, and have a career in psychology, which I should be grateful for. Life did not give me unbearable suffering, so that I could finally survive with a seemingly normal attitude. You should be lucky, shouldn't you?
