"Iron Rain" 8 points! ! ! Highly recommended! ! ! (emphasis added) Korean movies are at their peak! ! !
This is the best political thriller I've seen in recent years. "The Defender", "Taxi Driver" and "1987" are all Korean movies based on real events. A fictional political thriller that brings South Korean cinema to a new height, a fictional drama based on the real situation on the Korean Peninsula, mixed with five-party wrestling between China, the United States, Japan, South Korea and North Korea, on the Balkan Peninsula in East Asia, a land that could trigger war at any time On the other hand, national affection, family affection, and brotherhood are coerced by political ideology and the interests of great powers.
I especially like the several ideographic scenes in it. Kim Jong-un uses a panda doll to stop bleeding and is transfused by the North Korean people. Such a scene clearly shows Kim Jong-un's political situation. A leader who sucks the blood of the North Korean people and relies on a panda to stop bleeding at a critical time uses several shots. The two scenes are directly shown. Tieyou and Zheyu eat the same noodles with their hands tied together, which directly expresses the relationship between the North and South compatriots, and reminds me directly of the Korean peninsula flag at the opening ceremony of the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. I also think of the theme song of the Seoul Olympics, "Hand in Hand". I am so moved. As a genre film, not only does it have an excellent script, the action scenes are brilliant and the rhythm is grasped, which is the icing on the cake.
Finally, I would like to say a few words. In fact, as a country that was divided between the North and the South after World War II, we have been constantly experiencing confrontation, exchanges, trade, and now hope for reunification, but gradually rising in the mainland, our mentality has changed. Peace Reunification has become "liberating Taiwan", and maybe a few of me are far away on the other side, looking at my relatives here from afar. All of this will always be the two children fighting each other with pillows in my heart.
