Because of his childhood experience, the protagonist has a morbid obsession with the big house near the sea. When the dream of a house that had almost come true suddenly came to nothing, she picked up the guy and started killing. After finally living in the dream house, the economic downturn made her dream shattered again. The film intersperses between the protagonist's experience and the murder process, trying to establish a connection between the two and find an explanation for her atrocity. However, there are not many people with similar experiences, and there are many people who want to live in a big house, but others have not become murderers. There must be something in between, some key factor that made her take such extreme measures when she felt hopeless, but the film doesn't show it.
The director seems to be more indulged in the display of bloody scenes. Death is presented unabashedly in front of the audience's eyes. Everyone's way of dying is different, and one is crueler than the other. The bloody murder scene made this film "Death is Coming", which greatly reduced the original social criticism power and diluted the possibility of reflection.
