This is the cruelest film I've ever seen, without any beautifying shots, it makes me feel like I'm watching a documentary. The bloody level is outrageous ~ the murder part at the end made me unable to calm down for a long time! And I watched the uncensored version~ It also taught me some of the history. If it wasn't for some historical knowledge, I couldn't understand the plot at all~ I hope there will be no more wars in the future and world peace. Why is the same global village, so cruel to the same kind? It is born from the same root, so why is it too urgent to fry each other. War only brings hatred and casualties, and all that can be gained is meaningless things. At the end of the film, the lighting is very bright and dreamy, and I always feel that the ending is not so peaceful~ Maybe the director thinks it is too cruel and should be kinder to the sadness of watching the game, and make up such an ending~ The story is simply told, the protagonist Polish girl is killed by her father Forced marriage to wealthier middle-aged Polish. Let the protagonist have to separate from the little lover. When World War II broke out, middle-aged and lovers fled the war (deserters). The Soviet Union occupied Warren, the Soviets demanded that the rich pay taxes, and the middle-aged family was sent to a concentration camp. When the train was about to leave, the protagonist was rescued by his lover, so he killed himself when the protagonist gave birth to a child. Not long after the German army occupied Warren, they bloodshed the local Jews without saying a word. It also stirred up racism against Poles by Ukrainians in Warren. At this time, the middle-aged miracle returned, and the protagonist thought that he could find support. The good times did not last long. Because of the lack of food and material at home, he was beheaded by Ukrainians when he went out in middle age. Let the protagonist faint again ~ The German army was defeated in the Battle of Stalingrad, making the entire Warren seem to be in a state of anarchy, so the anger of the Ukrainians against racial discrimination has reached the extreme, and Ukrainian bandits can be seen everywhere. The protagonist's family was killed, and only she and her son came out and defected to her sister's family. But soon, Ukrainian villains came to the door. Beheading her sister, unfortunately, even her brother-in-law, who is a Ukrainian, could not be spared. At the end of the film, the protagonist spent a night in the dark jungle with his son in his arms. The next day, he met the handsome guy he had rescued and escaped from Warren, a hellish place on earth~
