We all need an Alps

I didn't know such a mountain until I ate alpine lollipops when I was a child. I only know that there are blue sky and green grass, red and white western-style castle on the wrapping paper, but I have not explored its real appearance. Maybe it's because I tear it apart impatiently every time, and then the small mouth sucks in the candy like a black hole, feeling the sweetness of it rolling smoothly between the tongue and teeth. Now I really see the Alps through the movies, but it's past the age when Alpine sugar can bring me joy.

How I wanted to gulp down goat's milk like Heidi, leaving a streak of white milk residue on my lips. Even though he was an orphan, his life in the Alps with his grandfather and the shepherd boy Peter was extremely happy. In the embrace of snow-capped mountains and forests, there are gem-clear lakes and lush green grass. You won't resist writing a "big" word on your body to lie on top of these plush rugs. Not to be afraid of a thrilling tumble on the hillside, sneaking from light green to dark green. Looking up is azure blue and milky white, and looking back is Heidi's sweet smile. Stunning Alps!

The film mainly tells the story of Heidi's encounter, leaving and returning to the Alps. She was tricked by her aunt into being the lady's playmate in a noble family in Frankfurt. Clara is so beautiful and lovely and treats Heidi like a friend. In addition, there are good servants in the noble family and good material conditions. But Heidi was not happy. She found standing at the top of the tallest tower looking out, surrounded by streets and jet chimneys, no mountains. She couldn't escape the family, and curled up in the middle of the night, no one comforted her tears. Just sleepwalking, pushing open the door and looking at the moon. Heidi lost her Alps. But the loveliness of the film is the kindness of the characters and the plot: Heidi is sent back to her grandfather, and Clara also comes to the Alps some time later, restoring the connection between her feet and the land in the bath of nature and friendship.

In addition to being moved, I would like to say: we all need this Alps.

Have you ever stood on the tallest tower overlooking the chimneys all around you in despair: you can't see the mountains, and all that's left are strangers and the city. Are you looking for the distance in your dream, you wake up with tears of disillusionment. Why do we keep leaving? Leaving happiness and joy, voluntarily or by force. The holy Alps, the softly bleating goats, the lovely Heidi, the kind grandpa, everything is like a needle or a cone piercing the softest part of our heart. All the things we've suffered that have kept falling inside us are released for a moment. What the hell is this Alps?

It is false hope. Even if you can't see the mountains around you, the mountains in the distance appear in your heart. Even if I can't reach it, the mountain is there, and I can reach it with hard work. Is it pristine and pure nature? Living in the city, we have cut off the connection with nature, and we all look forward to breaking away from the cage and returning to nature. Or the elf Heidi! Her smile is the stars, the sparkling water of the lake, the Alps!

Wherever we go, let's not forget the Alps. This mountain has different looks in different people, but there are Heidi and her grandfather, and the flock of lambs. We might lose its direction, try a piece of Alpine candy, feel the sweetness of its smooth rolling between the tongue and teeth, and grin like Heidi.
