When I was young, I liked to read in bookstores and read any book I picked up on the shelf. Heidi was a book I happened to come across at the time. At that time, I was about fourth or fifth grade, and I finished reading this book in one breath, crying in the bookstore.
This is a very warm story. Those adults who have grown up and are bound by various social etiquette regulations can find a little tenderness in their memory here.
The movie has a high degree of reduction. The beautiful and clear Alps, the clear and flowing spring water, and Heidi's bright smile are enough to wash away all the haze. Nature and children are the most beautiful and pure existences in this world. I finally understood why Wordsworth wandered tirelessly between the two.
Clara, who lives in a big city, is like a captive canary. Her feet were wrapped in the most gorgeous satin suede, but she couldn't walk, she could only look like a precious ornament. And Heidi, this little girl who is often barefoot, can touch the entire vast land in the most intimate way.
Do you believe some people will forget who they were when they grow up? They put on decent suits, spit out elegant language, but lost the joy of children. Such was the case with Clara's housekeeper. But I couldn't bear to blame her. There is a scene in the movie where Heidi was punished to pack up and wanted to go home. The housekeeper pulled Heidi: "Do you know how lucky you are? Such a good house, I dreamed of living in such a place when I was a child." Why did she become the old-fashioned and hypocritical look she is now? Perhaps it was the poverty of childhood and the cold eyes of others? These things distorted her psychology, making her want to climb up step by step and become a noble and elegant person. In fact, my grandfather was not like that. He was ridiculed and ridiculed by the villagers, so he isolated himself from the world and cut off all social interactions. He and Miss Butler happened to be two extremes. But Grandpa could be infected by Heidi's innocence, gradually let go of his hatred and resistance to the world, opened his heart and started to communicate with the world again. But the housekeeper was not impressed by Heidi, she still stubbornly stayed in her precious but dark and cold house.
There is also a detail in the movie: grandma sent Clara up the mountain, grandpa put two rough wooden cups to invite grandma to drink water. Grandma looked at the cup and drank it calmly out of politeness. This is the true temperament of aristocracy. Don't be arrogant, always respect others. This kind of temperament can't be obtained by paying attention to all the etiquettes like the housekeeper.
Heidi is lucky, she can not only be accompanied by the natural landscape, get rid of all constraints, but also see the world and jump out of the ignorance of closed mountain villages. Such Heidi, the words written must be as beautiful as the scenery of the Alps.
When I watched this movie at night, I couldn't help crying again. Corresponding to myself in elementary school, I think that I will still be moved by this story after I am an adult. Does it mean that I still retain a trace of the innocence of a child? I hope so.
Touch nature with your skin, where the most beautiful fairy tales are hidden.
(Because of this movie, I decided that I must go to the Alps once in the future)
