"Gate of Rebirth" is a horror movie, rather than a gimmick. Because the hero's daughter died, he had deep guilt, so after learning about a door to rebirth, he hoped to change all of this, but he wanted to kill his former self. However, it backfired. The original body was exposed, and the lives of himself and others were also a mess. This gives us deep thinking: what kind of life is the best? What should I do to not let myself regret, not to regret my choice for anything? If life goes off the rails, even if we are given a chance to start over, we may not be able to do our best.
