In the movie, Li Qiao and Li Xiaojun met in Hong Kong in 1986 and reunited in the United States in 1996. The film chronicles their respective encounters over the past ten years. Maggie Cheung in the play is a mainlander who travels from the mainland to Hong Kong. Although she speaks Cantonese, her temperament is very different from Maggie Cheung. Although Maggie Cheung's Li Qiao is clever, she still has the unease of a stranger in her heart. But Maggie Cheung showed this subtle feeling incisively and vividly, especially when Brother Leopard was shot, Maggie Cheung's Li Qiao was asked to identify the body, Maggie Cheung saw the tattoo of Mickey Mouse on Brother Leopard's back, smiled first, and then Tears welled up. A series of actions were completed in one go, instantly poking into the heart. On the other hand, Li Ming's performance in this drama feels like he has more than enough power.
